How can I order from you?

It’s really simple! Just choose the product you want to buy and click on the “Discover!” button. There, you can learn more information about the product, and see pictures, so you can be sure it’s produced exactly the way you want it. If you’re satisfied, at the bottom of the page you can find a button that says “Order!”. Once you click on it, you will need to fill out a short Google Forms document, where you provide us with the required information and place the product together to your liking. Once submitted, you will get an email, confirming your order. We will receive a notification, and we will work hard to make your dreams a reality!

How do you ship?

You can get shipping information for our products in several ways:

1) We ship our smaller products such as the pencil holder, the pencil box case, the jewelry box and the building bricks to the Foxpost station, chosen by you, for 1199 HUF, which we will add to the price of the product. When the package arrives you can pay with your credit card. Foxpost is flexible, and you can get your product anytime you want. More information: https://foxpost.hu/en/pick-up-parcel

2) We ship our smaller products such as the pencil holder, the pencil box case, the jewelry box and the building bricks to your house with Foxpost for 1799 HUF, which we will add to the price of the product. Foxpost’s messengers generally deliver the product to you in 2 days. Once you receive your order from Foxpost, you can pay for it in cash. 3) Another option you can choose is to pick up the product at our company location, for free. Please keep in mind that while we can offer you the pickup service we cannot assist with carrying or delivering the product to your home. Our company address where you can pick up your purchase is 1096 Budapest, Vendel utca 3.

4) For local deliveries in Budapest we can ship your order for only 1000 HUF, which we add to the price of the product. Be sure to select where in Budapest when checking out. The places where we ship in Budapest are: Széll Kálmán tér, Keleti pályaudvar, Nyugati pályaudvar, Kőbánya Kispest, Kelenföld vasútállomás.

When and how can I pay?

While filling out the Google Forms document, you can choose to pay by credit card or cash. Please be advised that you can only pay by cash if you choose to pick up the product in person, or if we ship it to you.

If you chose to have the product shipped to a Foxpost pickup location, you can only pay by credit card, when you pick it up.

Can I change my order?

Yes! After you ordered your product, you can still change the details but be careful! We do every product on request, uniquely, so we are limited on what we can change. Therefore after we send you the confirmation letter about your order, please review it carefully as you only have 24 hours to make changes to your order.

How do I know if my order is ready?

We will inform you on each step your product goes through, so it’s very important for you to give an email address you use frequently.

If our volume of the orders increases, the production time could take longer than usual. Rest assured, we’ll inform you right away by email!
